FAQ

At Filamently, I primarily use high-quality PLA filament sourced from reputable, eco-conscious brands. PLA is a plant-based plastic made from corn, making it an eco-friendlier choice! For special applications, I also use PETG, but PLA is my go-to for most projects due to its durability and lower environmental impact.

Each item is printed in my small workshop, so the time it takes depends on the order’s size and complexity. Some prints may take just a few days, while larger or more detailed orders could take over a week. Once printed, I ship using USPS, and I’ll keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way.

Yes! I’m happy to discuss customizations or unique designs to make your order one-of-a-kind. Just keep in mind that some licensed products come with limitations, so I may only be able to adjust colors for those items. Feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to bring your vision to life!

Absolutely! For orders over five items, I offer a bulk discount. Just reach out to me via email, and I’ll provide a quote tailored to your order size.

While my 3D printed products are pretty sturdy, they can still break if dropped or handled roughly. I include care instructions with every order, and you can also check out the full care guide on my website. Although I can’t promise they’ll last forever, I’m here to make things right if anything falls short of your expectations!

If your item arrives less than perfect, please contact me right away, and we’ll work together to find a solution. I want you to love your Filamently products as much as I enjoy making them.

I currently ship to the United States and Canada. U.S. shipping is weight-based, while Canadian shipping is a flat rate plus an additional per-item cost, with VAT handled on my end for Canadian customers.

Every order is packed with care, including plenty of bubble wrap to keep items safe on their journey. I usually include some fun extras like candy or a keychain, too, because who doesn’t love a little surprise?
